buzzers.asia (“we”, “the Platform”) lets you sign in with Facebook, Google, or email. If you signed in with Facebook or want your personal data removed from our systems, follow the steps below. This page satisfies Meta’s requirement for a User Data Deletion instructions URL.
1. Remove Facebook Login access
This revokes our ability to use your Facebook identity for future sign-ins. It does not by itself delete your buzzers.asia account or business records.
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Select Apps and websites (or Business integrations).
- Find the buzzers.asia login app (or the app name shown when you connected Facebook).
- Click Remove and confirm.
- Optional: under Removed apps, open the app entry and choose Send Request if Meta prompts for a data deletion request.
2. Delete your buzzers.asia account and personal data
To delete your Platform account, profile, messages, and other personal data we store, email us from the address linked to your account:
- To: team@buzzers.asia
- Subject: Account data deletion request
- Include: the email you used to register, your role (Merchant or Buzzer), and whether you signed in with Facebook, Google, or email.
We may ask for reasonable identity verification. We will confirm receipt and complete deletion within 30 days, or sooner where required by law. You will receive a confirmation when processing is finished.
3. What we delete vs. retain
After a valid deletion request we remove or anonymize, where possible:
- Your user profile, authentication identifiers, and linked Merchant or Buzzer profile.
- OAuth tokens used to connect social accounts (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
- Messages and collaboration content tied to your user ID, except where retention is required.
We may retain certain transaction, escrow, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and dispute records as required by law or legitimate business needs. Retained data is limited to what is necessary and protected.
Public crawled creator listings are separate; data subjects may request takedown under our Privacy Policy.
4. Questions
For privacy rights, corrections, or crawled-data takedown, see our Privacy Policy. For contractual matters, see our Terms of Service.
